TRIJET

Questions buyers ask first

Answered here, so the first call can be about your firm.

What does Trijet build?

Mostly six systems Trijet has delivered more than once: knowledge search over your own documents, inbound mail processing, plain-language questions to your database, checks on AI you already run, an agent platform, and private deployment inside your perimeter. Because we have built each of them before, the build time and the price are known up front. The catalogue is where we start rather than a limit. New work is scoped with you first, and we tell you plainly that it is new.

Who does Trijet work with?

Mostly professional firms of 50 to 1,000 people: law, consulting, engineering and accounting firms, where what the firm knows sits in documents and in people’s heads rather than in a system. Trijet also works with corporate operations teams that have the same problem. What these clients share is a strong business and no AI team of their own.

Which system does Trijet start with?

Trijet starts from the problem your firm describes, and each one maps to a system it has already delivered. If what the firm knows sits in people’s heads and old documents, Trijet starts with knowledge search (2–4 weeks to build). If incoming mail and attachments pile up before anyone reads them, it starts with inbound mail processing (1–3 weeks). If a simple question about your own data takes an analyst a day, it starts with plain-language questions to your database (2–4 weeks). If every new automation turns into a ticket for an engineer, it starts with an agent platform (6–13 weeks). If your data can’t leave the network, it starts with private deployment inside your perimeter (2–4 weeks).

We already run AI, and nobody can say what it does for us. Where does Trijet start?

Trijet checks what you have first. It finds out what the current system really does for the business before adding anything to it, which typically takes 2–3 weeks. On a UK software platform for commodity trading, Trijet made the accuracy of document extraction something the client can check, per field and per document.

How long does Trijet take to build an AI system?

Trijet’s build time depends on the system: 1–3 weeks for inbound mail processing, 2–4 weeks for knowledge search, data queries or private deployment, 2–3 weeks for checks on AI you already own, and 6–13 weeks for an agent platform. Build time counts from an agreed spec. Agreeing requirements, collecting data and getting access depend on both sides, so the whole path is longer. Trijet’s first knowledge search project took three months from start to production.

How much does Trijet charge?

A system from Trijet starts at $30,000, at a fixed price for an agreed scope. Our people’s time with you (calls, workshops, writing the spec, reviews) is billed by the hour, with advisory starting at $3,000 in packages of hours. Work we have done before can be quoted straight away, while new work is scoped first. Support after launch is agreed with each client.

Who does the work at Trijet, people or AI?

At Trijet, AI agents do the build and people do everything that needs judgement. The agents work inside our own delivery pipeline. People handle the conversation with you, the requirements, the contract and the spec, the review, the sign-off and the support after launch. Our engineers have 15+ years in software, security and infrastructure, and we sign off every system as if we had written every line ourselves.

How do we know a Trijet system is worth what we paid?

Trijet agrees with you what the system has to do for the business, accepts it against your own examples, and leaves automated checks running after launch. On a knowledge search project, the agent gave precise answers to 85% of the client’s test questions at acceptance. You don’t have to take anyone’s word for whether the system still does the work.

What does Trijet do after launch?

Trijet stays after launch and answers for the new process in your firm, not only for the code. The checks keep running, and we stay involved so the value holds. The form and the price of support are agreed with each client.

What if our problem is not in Trijet’s catalogue?

For work outside its catalogue, Trijet starts with advisory instead of a quote. We go through the process with you, work out what building it would involve, and tell you whether it has been built before or is being worked out for the first time. Advisory starts at $3,000. If we think it isn’t worth building, we’ll say so.

Can Trijet work inside our infrastructure?

Yes. Deploying inside the client’s infrastructure is Trijet’s default. The team runs its own infrastructure, observability and SSO, so working inside a client’s perimeter is how it already works. Pilots can start in a private cloud with access only for you.

Does Trijet hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

No. Trijet holds neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001, and says so up front. We sign your NDA and your DPA (the contract that sets out what we may do with your data), and deploy inside your infrastructure where you need it. If a certification is a hard requirement, tell us early and we will say honestly whether there is a fit.

Who is on the Trijet team?

Two founders and two core engineers run every Trijet project, and more than ten specialists in other fields join when a project needs them. On a project, one or two of our engineers work embedded with your team. Trijet’s founders are Ilya Melnikov, CEO and Lead of AI, and Andrei Mochalov, CTO and Lead of development and security.
